Case Study: Mill Street, Gowerton.

Complete internal refurbishment and external ground works. Internal work included relocation of the kitchen, bathroom and utility room.

The lounge area before we started work.

Rotten wooden lintel is removed and replaced with a concrete lintel along with three new joists.

Props are put in place while the new concrete lintel and new joists are installed.

New boards are fitted to the ceiling.

The walls are skimmed with fresh plaster.

New units are installed in the kitchen.

The finished kitchen complete with new modern spot lights. The lounge and diner are also completed.

In the utility room the doorway is blocked up and the door relocated.

The sewage system is relocated for the new shower room.

A new patio is laid and a new fence installed. The rough ground dug up and prepared ready to sow seed.

 

Defective plaster is dug out and rendered. Fungicidal wash is applied to the walls and power washed clean.

 

The finished exterior is painted with three coats of Dulux Weathershield emulsion.
